Startup Grind Tirana hosts Vasil Naçi!

On November 9th, our team of Startup Grind Tirana gathered with our dear community at The Plaza Hotel, to host our special guest, Vasil Naçi, CEO & President of Agna Group.

Vasil Naçi has established 15 companies and he is co-author of several productive and motivating books. He has followed many trainings in many different countries and has been trainee of important names such as Tony Robbins, Philip Koltis and Brian Tracy.

The interview was hosted by Aneida Bajraktari Bicja, the Chapter Director of Startup Grind Tirana. The event gathered around 250 people, who chose to join the hype and experience a productive and inspiring evening as Vasil Naçi took us through his hardworking, inspiring and impactful journey of success.

Vasil shared with us many insightful tips and suggestions on how to achieve success and avoid failure. He said that most of the times, failure is brought by two elements: over optimism and miscalculations. Our goals can be achieved through hardworking and laying out every step of the road.

Vasil has a huge impact on Albania’s youth and aspiring entrepreneurs, both as a businessman and a philanthropist. One of the advices he shared with us while on stage, was that, to be able to inspire and guide someone you first need to grow in success and then you can be able to better contribute.

He also said that success is defined by achieving your objectives and goals, no matter their dimensions. To be successful, you need to continuously have goals set on your schedule and their constant achievement is what defines and makes you a successful person.
