We kicked off the new year with the same energy that characterizes us! And we had the perfect special guest who shares the same energy as us!
On January 18th, we reunited with our dear Community at Protik, to welcome serial Womanpreneur Sabi Osmani!
Sabi is the CEO & Founder of Easy Albania, a revolutionary business that changes the mindset of individuals regarding online shopping and creates facilities in everyone’s life while innovating the e-commerce.
Sabi has completed university studies in Social Sciences at the University of Tirana and Economics Studies at the Agricultural University of Tirana. The social profile gave her empathy and sensitivity for issues of gender equality and lobbying for women’s empowerment.
She has played an active role in the promotion and encouragement of women in business, taking the position of Director of Global Women Club Albania and Kosovo.
Sabi is also the leader in a business that offers BPO service and customer service for powerful companies in the local market, but not only, becoming part of the success and growth of these companies.
Sabi took us on a journey of innovation and empowerment. She said how important is to empower through the work that you do. She also stated how important is to also empower the people that you work with. Building a successful business means to work and get empowered all together. If you chose the right people to work with and if you build a trusting relationship with them, what you can achieve is beyond limits and borders.
Sabi shared that she has faced numerous challenges throughout her entrepreneurial journey. She said that the best way to overcome those challenges, is only by transforming and converting them into impact and innovation. You need to understand the obstacles you face as they are opportunities to create solutions.
This mindset is what pushed the creation of Easy Albania, the innovative e-commerce Albanian platform. You need to be innovative and strong-willed. If you really desire something you should be very stubborn and never give up. Although during her experience Sabi faced many no’s and rejections, trusting in her own abilities made her determined to keep going because she believed in herself and her vision.
During the interview Sabi explained how she started this journey and mentioned that it wasn’t as easy as it seems. The whole idea of build a business didn’t just come randomly one morning. It was a long hard process together with partners and staff.
During the event, we had a very motivating suprise from the audience. Little Rea, 11 years old, along with her mother, thanked Sabi and our moderator Aneida, for the inspiration and shared that Rea also wanted to take her first steps towards entrepreneurship, despite her age.
Rea has started to make handmade jewllery which she showcases on her Instagram profile. She said that she admires Women in business and aims that this initiative can be the first step of her journey.
Moved by this, Sabi congratulated Rea and told her that Easy Albania provides a space where everyone can promote their handmade products, which can boost sales and visibility. She welcomed Rea to showcase her idea in this platform. This was a very motivating moment that showcases that our Community embodies the values that we all celebrate.
