Hosting Ermal Mamaqi, how motivation and vision can earn success!

Startup Grind Tirana had the pleasure to host serial entrepreneur and motivational speaker, Ermal Mamaqi on December 15th at Plaza Hotel.

Ermal is well known by Albanians worldwide because of his long career as a successful, showmen, singer, actor, comedian and lately as a motivational speaker as well. He has produced two late night shows, being among the most successful shows in Albania, “6 Ditë pa Ermalin” & “Xing”.

As an actor and producer, he has produced 3 of the most successful movies in Albanian cinematography, “Femrat”, “2 Gisht Mjaltë” and “I Love Tropoja”.

Ermal is now a motivational speaker as well. He holds his training sessions called “Think, Change, Achieve”, training and motivating large audiences in many different countries such as Albania, Kosovo, Switzerland and North Macedonia.

Ermal entered the stage and took us through his long and impactful career on a fireside chat. He shared with us everything that made him a successful serial entrepreneur and motivational speaker and why it is important to motivate and inspire other.

He comes from a family of intellectuals and his first sparks with entrepreneurship started around the age of 13, when he started selling extra-curricular books at his school and neighborhood.

Ermal said that it is very important and crucial to raise kids and the younger generation with an entrepreneurship mindset in order to inspire them to become confident and believe in their dreams and that they can achieve everything they aim.

The evening was full of productivity. Ermal radiated a very infectious positive energy and motivation that made our audience engaged throughout all the event.
